This workshop presents advanced topics that round out what's been learned in Agile at scale workshops. The class also provides several Miro boards to participants. 8 lessons are provided with a live instructor every other week. Topics include: 1. How to run an engagement. 2. The Minimum Business Increment Toolkit. 3. Improving SAFe with Flow, Lean, and the Theory of Constraints. 4. Identifying stakeholders and quantifying requirements.. 5. Attending to the Customer journey in creating requirements. 6. The Analysis Matrix as a requirements Agile Planning Method. 7. Value Flow Planning and Coordinating core teams with the people who support them. Q&A is also provided to review these topics and advanced coaching methods.

Al Shalloway

Senior Instructor

Al Shalloway is the founder and CEO of Success Engineering and the creator of Amplio@Teams. Al is a recognized thought leader in the areas of Lean, SAFe, Kanban, Scrum, design patterns, Acceptance Test-Driven Development, Lean-management, value creation networks, Lean product management, and more. He is the creator of the FLEX system that is the heart of the Disciplined Agile Value Stream Consultant workshop. The innovations he brought into the PMI also strongly influenced the Disciplined Agile Senior Scrum Master workshop. He has co-written 5 books ranging from Design Patterns to Agile at Scale. He holds master's degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science and Mathematics from MIT and Emory respectively. He is an international speaker. He is a former SPC Trainer and contributor to SAFe.

Founder of Process Mentors, Agile Business Transformation and Value Stream Management Consultant. Over the past two decades, Joshua and his consultancy have had a breadth of engagements, including culture change, improved productivity and quality, and focusing on the fewest things that significantly impact people, performance, and outcomes. His superpower is helping to identify options for solving complex problems. Joshua brings value stream management to life for digital products, improving the flow of value delivery. He works with teams, values streams, and enterprises.
