Making Experienced Consultants Better

The ACEs learning journey is designed to take experienced consultants and make them significantly better. It goes deeply into the principles and philosophy of Amplio. This enables ACEs to bring the Amplio approach to any other approach as well as deliver Amplio on its own.

It strengthens the ability of participants to consult, train, and coach. It provides several Miro boards to be used in support of what is learned. These can be used to help with ACE’s own consulting approach. We take an integrated approach because transformation requires all three

Why You Should Consider the ACE Learning Journey

ACEs learn concepts and practices are not in any popular framework. We have found these to be essential to be able to tailor an approach to a particular situation while keeping it simple for the adopters.

After going through the core curriculum (4 months) ACEs will be able to license Amplio training materials. These include the Amplio Development Master Class, Amplio at Scale, Improving SAFe adoptions with Amplio, and Amplio Product Management

This is learning journey designed to enable you to think for yourself. It is not something to follow as most frameworks are, but something to be a guide for you. We are creating a community here to create a more useful and economical way to improve organizations.

Objectives Considered During Workshop

This learning journey is for experienced consultants who want to both enhance their consulting ability as well as to be able to provide training in Agile at scale, product management, and the team.

It is also designed for consulting companies to use to both improve their staff and to offer unique services to their clients.

It can also be used by organizations that want to bring tailored, effective training into their organizations at a significantly lower cost than paying outside consultants. One no longer needs to choose between high cost or training that doesn’t fit the organizations needs and creating your own. It also enables consistency of training across the organization without imposing specific methods on individual teams.

What You Should Know Before

Applicants for the learning journey must have completed the DAVSC or the Amplio Development Masterclass.

Experienced consultants can enroll, but must read the first half of Al Shalloway's Amplio Development: The Path to Effective Lean-Agile Teams.

Time Investment
