The 2 day workshop was a private and very interactive class, open to share and analyze experiences from both sides. Great content as well with full hands-on the exercises.

The course was excellent and presented in a very motivating and clear way.

It's a valuable course - so much is jam-packed in! It's wonderful that some of the materials are available after the course so we can marinate on the content for longer with support.

By far the best training I've taken in a decade! Every day was full of valuable information, and Joshua is fantastic at tying concepts back to real life situations. I will be able to immediately put concepts from the course to work in my organization.

The three day CAPM workshop was a great investment in my future and, along with my education and work experience, means I’m now eligible to take both the CAPM and the PMP!  The workshop was offered Friday, Saturday, Sunday which means I only needed to ask for one day off from work to attend.  The small class size helped everyone feel completely comfortable asking questions and our instructor, Chastine Lynch, offered great real-world examples of concepts and terminology to make sure we understood the material.  I now see how important it is for project managers to have formal training in their craft, both to help them better serve their clients, and to help them protect their team from burnout by providing structure and leadership.  

Very information dense course, many examples and enough room to ask questions. Joshua managed to pack a lot of content and experience into his presentation; going through my notes will provide many weeks of research and additional insights.

I think the course was well organized and Chastine was a thorough, kind, patient, knowledgeable instructor. Great class!

Thank you for the awesome DASM workshop I took in July! With all of the information and prep materials, I was able to pass the DASM exam on the first try! I'll definitely recommend your course to others!

This workshop helped me to see in reality the vision, which we were attempting to achieve with teams. Now it's easier to move from gut feeling solution, to a structural Value Stream Management process. This Workshop helped to understand key stakeholders interactions, in-depth MPI concept, and practical advices on how-to visualize the work for driving a discussion with stakeholders.

Glen's deep knowledge and clear teaching made complex concepts easy to grasp. The course balanced theory and real life examples (as well as anecdotes) equipping me with tools I can apply professionally. This course has been instrumental in enhancing my confidence and competence in orchestrating the work of complex agile teams.

Throughout the class, Joshua demonstrated his mastery of value stream mapping and provided real-world examples and case studies to illustrate the concepts and techniques. He also shared outstanding tools and tips for mapping value streams and identifying opportunities for improvement, which were both practical and effective.

Glen did a great job going over the entirety of the DASM content. He was extremely knowledgeable and detailed in answering any questions from the class. I feel ready and prepared to take all I've learned from the course and apply it to my software team.

It was great that it was 5 days, not 3. And I wish we have few more days for more practice and discussions. Overall, it is the most valuable course for me in last few years. Very practical and pragmatic.
